I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care, urgency, and follow through from this office My dog was prescribed pain medication, and shortly after starting it, he began experiencing gagging and gastric distress. I repeatedly called this office seeking guidance on whether the medication should be continued. Each time, I was told “a tech will call you back” no one did. I did not receive callbacks until the following day, despite this being an active medical concern. When I finally did speak with a vet tech, I was advised to continue the medication as long as my dog hadn’t gagged in the previous 24 hours despite my ongoing concerns. I trusted that advice. Within days, my dog began gagging again, confirming that the guidance I was given was inappropriate. When his condition worsened and I called again on Friday, clearly expressing that he did not look well and that I was very concerned, I was essentially brushed off and told they weren’t sure what to do and that I should call an emergency hospital myself. When I contacted the hospital, the first thing they asked was “What did your regular vet say?” That says everything. The hospital provided clear guidance and proper care something my primary vet’s office failed to do, despite the fact that I had already paid hundreds of dollars for treatment and follow up care. When a patient especially an animal is having a possible medication reaction or emergency, same day communication is the bare minimum!!! Being ignored, given unsafe advice, and then redirected elsewhere is unacceptable. This experience felt negligent, dismissive, and frankly unsafe. I would not trust this office to manage anything beyond routine care, and I would strongly caution other pet owners to advocate aggressively for their animals or seek care elsewhere.

We will never go anywhere else but here. We are beyond words for the extraordinary compassion and care you showed during our Layla’s life as a puppy to her passing as an adult. Your kindness, presence, and genuine concern brought comfort to our hearts when we needed it most. We are unbelievably thankful and will never forget the grace you showed our beloved girl and our family. Top notch Dr. & staff, would highly recommend ❤️
