Did a great job with Gunnar's first vet appointment. We just got him so we're still working on training but that being said the vet and the vet techs were wonderful with my handsome man, despite his excited jumps and some mouthy behavior. They talked me through options, didn't push me into anything that didn't feel right in the moment and learned more about my lifestyle and advised how Gunnar can be protected effectively. 100/10, would visit again!

We always have a great experience at Bethel Veterinary Hospital. The level and quality of care, knowledge, skill and compassion in dealing with pets and their owners is outstanding. The doctors and all on staff go above and beyond in their commitment and attentiveness and and the care and consideration in how both pets and their owners are treated. Our Curry had many years of the best care here, and now our Chloe. Highly recommended.

I trust my guinea pigs to Dr. Fitch and her team. My elderly guinea pig has been a patient for 5 years and I brought her in for lethargy. I felt the care, handling and concern were top notch. The tech Kay was so sweet with her and very knowledgable herself. Dr. Fitch is thorough, smart, compassionate, and great at explaining the diagnoses. We live in a time of abundance of remedies, and I felt empowered by the detailed explanation and cost of each option I was given. They both walked me through everything we could do, and let me choose what I thought best. No pressure, no judgment, just all the options. I left feeling like a good pet parent, armed with quality medical care that I was made to feel I had a hand in. Thanks!
