UPDATE 5/15/26 I brought in my elderly dog for an ear infection and urine problems. My dog also has cataracts in one eye and he will need lifelong lubrication in that eye. I was given an eye ointment called OptixCare Eye Lube for dogs. I was charged $105.34 for that .70oz tube. If you look online on Chewy they have the same tube for just $15.99. I can understand making profit but to charge people a non prescription eye lube over $100 is inhumane. Ridiculous! I am going to switch vets. This place is price gouging people for simple services. They require owners to pay for a full blood workup or they won’t treat your pet. That test itself is over $300. Save yourself stress and money and go to a vet that is reasonable and cares. Lobby is beautiful, it’s a very nice place! But be prepared to spend $300+ every appointment no matter how small it is. Just to walk in the building it is $110. It really makes a difference to the bill. Pet health is just so expensive that I understand why one can barely afford just to bring their pet in because they are automatically charged over $100. I mentioned an odor on my pup and the doctor checked her glands. I didn’t know they were going to charge me to express glands which is $40.95 at this place!! Had I known it would be that much, I would have said forget it! The groomers offer that service for $5. The vet should really let owners know about pricing before they go ahead and perform services on their own. Im glad they didn’t charge me for all the treats that were given to her. Other than the ridiculous prices, the place is visually nice..

Respectfully, I had no problems with this hospital when I brought my cat for her vaccinations years ago. Not so long ago she got sick and trying to find solutions such as giving her medication and samples, it was super overpriced and not much was done. I found it suspicious when they took my cat into another room where we couldn’t see her. Days after this, I tried calling them to see any possible updates and they always said “The doctor’s busy”. So because of that, that was my last time going here.
