Can't speak highly enough about Star Meadow. The support staff is incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Malament is an incredible vet. She is very thorough and thoughtful with her recommendations and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. The entire place makes you feel like family. Our dog, Cooper, absolutely loves every opportunity he can go visit! We are so fortunate to have such a great local vet!

Phenomenal. Best veterinary experience I’ve ever had. Dr Battison took her time understand our rabbit’s history and provided the most thorough assessment of her. Dr Battison’s care was a pivotal step forward in our rabbit’s recovery. Along with specializing in rabbits, she genuinely cares and it shows in her work. In addition, the rest of the staff there were also so nice, warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Our family is eternally grateful for Dr. Battison and her team.

Extremely disappointing experience. I had an appointment for my dog and I was running 12- 15 min late. Knowing that they are sticklers for time, I called to make sure that it is still OK to drive all the way to the clinic. I was assured that it was OK - verbatim “keep driving, if it is more than 10 min, we will talk to the doctor”. As I was pulling in the parking lot, I got a call from another clinic employee by the name of Charles, and was advised that they cannot see my dog. When I shared that I was given the guidance to show up (it was within the 15 min), he said that the previous employee was a trainee and that she basically didn’t know what she is doing. I walked in the clinic trying to resolve the issue, the same individual (extremely unprofessionally) would not allow me to talk to the doctor or anyone else. I am waiting for a call from the supervisor but I doubt that it will happen. And all of this is after having to reschedule the appointment since so to a conflict on their part just two weeks ago. Needless to say, we are taking our business away from Star Meadow Clinic.
