We were so lucky to have found Becky and East Shore Animal Wellness Center for our dog McKenzie. Through the years the whole staff has been so great. Really feels like a neighborhood vet. And you can tell they truly care. Whenever I had an appointment, they were kind, attentive and thorough. We are lucky Becky set up shop to take care of our furry friends.☮️😎

What is the point of having a vet if they’re never available when your pet is in need of medical care? Without fail we wind up taking our cat to the emergency clinic. Why would you close a vet office on a Thursday / a weekday?? They are always overbooked and it takes weeks to get an appointment. The only thing this place is any good for is routine vaccinations and sending off labs. We were told over the phone that they wouldn’t even be able to determine if the cat had a UTI or not and to take him to the EC. We went to Dr. Yusef instead at Hammo Animal Clinic and he was extremely kind, courteous, knowledgeable and listened to the cat’s history and symptoms, and our cat is doing much better AND we didn’t have to spend thousands of dollars at the emergency for no reason. The staff at East Shore has always been kind and we like the veterinarian here, but it just seems pointless if we are going to wind up at the EC simply because they can’t be bothered to see a regular patient without several weeks notice.
