The entire team at MAH is amazing and our five fur babies love going for visits! Their primary vet Dr. G is personable and great with explaining the reasoning behind his feelings on our babies health. Between the technician’s pre-exam questions and Dr. G’s exam questions I feel like they both take the time to understand my pets’ lifestyle and any concerns that I have for them. If there is an emergency and Dr. G isn’t available the MAH front desk team works hard to get us in to see another vet in a timely fashion and the other vets are great with treating the emergency and continuation of care. Despite living in Middletown, we will always make the trek to Meriden for this group! Cannot recommend them enough!

They’re very unprofessional. I’ve been asking for my dogs records. They haven’t been sending them. I asked for my dogs X-rays that I paid for and I wanna copy of it they ignore that and when I canceled my dog surgery because I felt like it was not safe for her to get a surgery done and I called the night before and they ignored my message. They wouldn’t pick up the phone and ignored my message through the app and then when I told them I wanted to cancel they didn’t say there was no $150 fee. I’ve been going to them for years and then when I asked Dr. James to call me back, he took two weeks to call me back. That’s very unprofessional and I would not recommend them when your dog gets become a senior. They’re not willing to help pets because you go to school and vowed to take care of pets and help save their lives how they treated snowy that’s not how you treat animals this vet is scamming people and trying to get money out of people that don’t have money and they’re having a hard time with their pet. They should be ashamed of themselves. How u say your vet then I went twice and I paid for vet visits over $600 not once had you cleaned her lump or did anything

Highly recommend! The providers here are always kind, caring and take the time to discuss options. Words cannot describe the amazing care we received as we navigated several chronic health issues with my bulldog throughout his life. We have also had great experiences with our cats. MAH has well trained staff who are ready for any situation that arises and bring a compassionate touch to difficult times. I also appreciate how efficiently the office works and that my time is valued. The pricing is also very reasonable.

We had such a wonderful experience—truly the best veterinary care we’ve ever received. Thank you for taking such great care of our five dogs (Daisy, Lilly, Sage, Basil and Tootsie) and for making us feel so comfortable from the moment we walked in. I especially want to mention Tootsie. She can be a barker and gets very anxious, and at our previous vet in Yalesville they always had to put a muzzle on her. Here, it was completely different. Your team treated her with so much patience, kindness, and understanding that she didn’t need a muzzle at all. That meant so much to me. You made her feel safe, and that says everything about the level of care and compassion you provide. We can truly tell that for your team it’s not about the price—it’s about genuine care, compassion, and doing what’s best for the pets. That really stands out and makes all the difference.
