Staff is compassionate, knowledgeable, efficient, and pricing is very reasonable. We’ve been bringing our pets to Powder Ridge Veterinary Hospital for years and have been extremely happy with the care from Dr. Blaire Michael and her staff. One of our rescue dogs, Fiona, developed a somewhat rare autoimmune condition that caused her nails to fall off. Dr. Michael had recently attended a seminar on the condition and immediately recognized what it could be. She researched treatment options, answered all of our questions, and even helped us find affordable OTC human vitamins by calculating the correct canine dosages herself. She was also completely supportive when we sought a second opinion to explore Chinese medicine through another veterinary practice. Unfortunately, they were unfamiliar with the condition and ultimately supported Dr. Michael’s treatment plan. That experience only reinforced how knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated Dr. Michael is. Fiona has done amazingly well for years with the treatment plan she recommended. More recently, Dr. Michael removed a growth from Fiona’s lip that turned out to be an aggressive oral cancer. She guided us through every step, recommended excellent specialists, and helped us fully understand our options. When it came time for Fiona’s revision surgery, we chose Dr. Michael not only because of her skill and the trust we have in her, but also because Fiona is so comfortable with her, the staff, and the office environment. The pricing was also extremely reasonable compared to the specialty hospital where her oncologist is located. Dr. Michael did an incredible job with the surgery — we expected Fiona’s lip to look noticeably different afterward, but you can barely tell anything was ever done! Dr. Michael is always thorough, compassionate, and never makes us feel rushed. Her entire staff, from the vets to the office team, has also been wonderful and accommodating, especially during urgent situations. We trust Powder Ridge completely with our dogs and cat and highly recommend them.

Staff is friendly and they are understanding when it comes to financial issues but it is pricy however that's any vet you go to these days.Dr Kim was polite and had a good bedside manor,something that is slowly fading away in any facet of Healthcare. Overall I was happy with bringing Molly there
