I’m with this practice 17 years the best doctors and all lady’s that works in there my dog love to come for his check up tail is wiggling all the time!!

I had a very difficult experience at another veterinary clinic in Branford and was urgently looking for a new place to bring my dog. After searching for highly rated practices, I found Veterinary Associates of North Branford. When I called, I was still shaken from what had happened. The staff who answered the phone were incredibly kind and reassuring, and they helped schedule an appointment quickly. They were able to see my dog on March 10. During the visit, we saw Dr. Higgin. He was patient, calm, and very caring with my dog. He took the time to get to know her and helped her feel comfortable before beginning the exam, which I truly appreciated since my dog gets nervous in new environments. The veterinary technician who assisted during the visit was also wonderful. She was respectful, attentive, and listened carefully to my questions. I unfortunately forgot her name, but she made the experience feel calm and supportive. The front desk staff were equally welcoming and helpful. I’m very grateful for the kindness and care the entire team showed during what was a stressful moment for me. Thank you.

Dr Salas & Dr Higgins along with the staff at NBVA went above & beyond to try to help save my baby Melo. The compassion, respect and consideration they showed is truly unmatched. Ultimately my baby passed over the rainbow bridge, but I know the staff and office did absolutely everything to care for him. From the girls at the desk to the techs and vets, truly a wonderful practice. The office has also helped with by other dogs Maui & Riley and are incredible. Highly recommend. Our family is so grateful for the care you provided in such a difficult time to us.
