I unfortunately didn't get to come here under the best circumstances, but the ladies working the front desk were amazing. Very compassionate and understanding. I just went to pick up my cats ashes, and the office added an extra ceramic paw print and fur clippings on top of the package I bought. I wish I had gotten to come here under a different set of circumstances, but if they're this compassionate when an animal passes, I can only imagine how amazing they are when the animal is well.

This knowledgeable, understanding and skilled group of animal caregivers are simply amazing. Every staff person I encountered was compassionate, helpful and kind. Wevhave been taking our pets to North Windham Animal Hospital for a few years now and are very happy with the care they have provided. Most recently, our Maverick recently had a minor surgery a to remove a cyst on his neck. They called the say before to discuss the patient and pre-surgery instructions, provided some pre-surgery meds, gave me an update after his surgery (all went well!) and called the following day to check on him. We have seen a lot of FB posts about vet care (in general) being expensive but NWAH was up front on pricing (they always have been) and we find their prices to be very reasonable. From annual visits to final goodbyes, we trust the thorough and compassionate care of North Windham Animal Hospital 100%
