Last time I go there. Cops were called and doors locked when I got there. Unfortunate because the actual vets are awesome, office staff are... Well... Something. The quote that's marked out was sent to me August 9th and a copy of the quote I was sent may 9th. We opted out of the biopsy because she's a bit on the older side at ten years. Called 15 minutes before close to let them know I was running late. We all gotta work. I "scared" the office girl when I told her that I was coming to get my dog and they weren't charging me an extra 90 dollars to hold her for an extra ten minutes. Then I get the bill and it's still the "high end" quote. They charged me the max on everything and double the quote for surgery. Then told me I "verbally agreed" to a higher quote. I did not. I agreed to the quote that was in my email. Not whatever this is. I won't be going back I would advise using Plainfield vca because it seems like the Norwich vets are all in the same game. At least Plainfield always told me exactly what I would be paying.

i brought my cat here a couple times, the vet is not very friendly or compassionate. some of the vet techs are but the first time i brought my cat, her rabies had expired and i didn’t know, and i instead of saying something like - we’ll get her shot and it’ll be good. i was told - if she bites or scratches any of us she’ll be put down. i had brought her in because she was pooping blood and i was already worried and scared and that did not help. she is a good cat and doesn’t bite or scratch. - i understand the fear but they did not have to be so rude
