I have been a customer for a while now but have not been treated rudely until now ! Always have loved to go here , love Dr Clark! However today I arrived to pick up medication for my Coco , and was told very rudely that I needed to call or knock before entering! I’ve never done that before except when I have an appointment for my pet but not when I pick up medication, and this was the 2 nd time I’ve done so this week! Then when I ask for my military discount, again with discuss that I ask really annoyed me! I’m 80 years old, veteran, and worked in retail for 30 plus years! Customer service was not at its best today, maybe she was having a bad day but she was wrong! Hopefully she will have a better day tomorrow! Just airing my feelings!

Last week our dog Maddie had dental work done. It was a challenge for us to weigh a very tight budget against our general expectation of astronomical prices, but we decided to call and see if we could manage it. Kathy's rates were so reasonable that after Maddie's procedure we've booked our other dog, Tripp (he having had less of an immediate need). Crucially, the work that was done was absolutely top notch. Poor girl had to have four (4) teeth extracted - two of which "almost fell out" with the first - and within 12 hours of the procedure she was (slight intubation cough excepted) feeling comfortable, settled, happy and able to eat and drink. It's been a pleasure to see her only get better from there! So, yeah - Kathy is awesome, and her staff is always thorough, kind, attentive and informative. For instance, I know Leissy's work was a key part of the reason Maddie is healing so fast: her boss and she were clearly competent and thorough. Even the office itself: the blanket-covered low benches, low-key transitions, lack of clinical visual cues... well, you get the point, yes? Clark Veterinary Hospital, Kathy and her team are just what folks hope to find when in need of a vet and are surprised, pleasantly, to actually discover.
