Dr. Merkent is the best!!! She is always available to give me reassurance anytime I need it. We are so grateful for her.

Absolutely horrible all around. Don’t try to call during business hours or expect a timely diagnosis. This is a worthless and unprofessional business. I tried to give benefit of the doubt for FOUR YEARS and was met with nothing but condescending remarks in person and in patient notes. My dogs need prescriptions and have been seen several times this year only to be iced out of Chewy within 1 week of letting them know I’d be going to a new vet. Classy. Go anywhere else for your pet.
