Ive been a client at noank for years!! I couldn't say enough good things about them. They have treated all my animals and my self with such heart. I started seeing them with my first pack Jenna, Otis and jojo they went above and beyond for those two, jojo still with us at 18 and going strong with help of thier care. Along with 4 new pack members. Those are just the dogs ive had cats, hedgehogs, breaded dragons Dr.O and his staff have been threw it all with them! I couldn't be more greatful to have them for a vet!

I brought my gecko in because he wasn’t eating, and while the initial visit seemed fine, my experience afterward was extremely frustrating. I was sent home with instructions to give him Critical Care, which I already had, and they confirmed it was okay to use. When I got home and tried syringe feeding, my gecko bit down hard, and I became worried he might have hurt his teeth. Naturally, I called the clinic for guidance. The staff member I spoke to checked with the vet and first told me to continue syringe feeding. After I explained what had happened, she came back and suggested dripping it on his nose instead. I told her I had already tried that and it wasn’t working, and I asked what I should do if that method also failed. At that point, she became dismissive and told me she couldn’t help me because I hadn’t purchased the product from them—even though it was the exact same product they recommend and use. She sounded annoyed and ultimately left me without any real guidance while I was panicking over my sick pet. On top of that, every time I come here they try to upsell additional tests, which makes the experience feel more about money than care. I’ve also been given questionable advice about leopard gecko care, like being told to use reptile carpet and red light—both of which multiple other vets have advised against. Overall, the lack of support, inconsistent guidance, and push for unnecessary add-ons made this a really disappointing experience.
