My family has used Adorable Pets since they opened, for all of our pets. We’ve always found them to be both reasonably priced and easy to work with. They’ve also never hesitated to find a way to fit our animals in if they needed to be seen on short notice. More recently, they worked with us to come up with a treatment plan for our senior cat, and when he passed, the entire office sent a lovely sympathy card. We continue to recommend Adorable Pets to our family and friends.

Incredibly insensitive with the way they communicate to their clients. About a year ago I was yelled at by an employee because I questioned a treatment plan that wasn’t yielding results. This past week I brought my sick cat in and multiple insensitive comments were made including “we have no idea what this is, which is awesome!”

A little further from my house than my previous vet, who was great for the last 20 years until they got bought out. It was worth, he drive. I'd give them a 10 if I could. Old school, no nonsense approach was refreshing. Got to spend the entire time with my dog during the appointment. They gave my dog the tests he needed, and didn't try to push loads of extras like some of the newer vets do. I will be most certainly be going back for future care.

The kindest staff, who was so accommodating! Huge thank you to Heather and all the others who made our visit a breeze! I have a catahoula leopard dog who is not a fan of shots. He had no idea he had his treatment. Thank you!
