The doctors and staff are very compassionate. They are one of the best veterinarians around. One of my pets is very feisty and the doctors knew exactly how to handle her so she could get the care she needed. They desire a 10 star rating

Edit April 2026: The care and service has definitely changed here. They seem more concerned with booking appointments and taking money than about the welfare of the animals that are brought there. We no longer trust our pets to the staff and doctors here, and have taken our business elsewhere.

The entire experience is wonderful. It is easy and accommodating scheduling. The staff including the front desk staff is phenomenal. Dr. Alfaro is knowledgeable and listens to all concerns. I’m informed of all care needed and why. I can say I was able to keep my 16 year old best friend as long as I was because we went here. And feel confident all my animals are very cared for when we visit.
