If I can give 0 stars I would. I got reccomended here from bcr and they were only supposed to spay my cat. That’s what was discussed. When my bf picked her up they gave her shots that she already received a week ago. No one asked me or even informed me that they would do that in advance. As an employee or front desk receptionist you ASK about the animal medical history or if he/she has all their vaccines. Don’t just assume. On top of that when we picked her up they didn’t give her any medication to soothe her pain after spaying her they just told us to wrap her in clean clothes so my other kitten can get familiar with her scent. So unprofessional don’t waste your time here tbh.

“GO TO A DIFFERENT PLACE WHO ACTUALLY CARES & SHOWS COMPASSION.” I called Monday about my cat’s “ear injury/ear hematoma” as I am aware it has a fluid build up from trauma due to a cat fight. I got scheduled for today July 12. My cat was seen, ruled out ear hematoma as I previously said, she was given a distemper vaccine instead. I then asked, if we can focus on her discomfort and do the ear first. I asked if her ears can be treated, maybe drained and was told it will just fill again and surgery is needed. The Vet then, wanted me to do both spay and ear at the same time & quoted me $800 for both, so I don’t need to pay two hospitalizations and anesthesia (save some money he said.) I ended up saying okay to the ear surgery at the receptionist so my kitten will find relief but was told by the front desk to schedule it in 2 weeks as it can’t be done today. It was unbelievable why I even wen there today in the first place? ( I was quoted $700 for the ear surgery alone) The vet refused to prescribe any pain medication. He did not want to drain her ear, yet I was told he cannot do the surgery either today and has to schedule it in 2 weeks. Then the Vet just walked out of the door. He was done talking to me and took in another patient. I was so confused. What a nightmare, not to mention it only just began as following up today made my whole experience even worse. So to my disappointment and my kitten’s condition, I look for a Vet who actually cares and found one. I called back today to request for my kitten’s medical record be sent to the new vet’s email address, the response of the old lady who answered the call— “WE DON’T HAVE INTERNET.” I said okay, so how do we go from here as my new vet needs the information. “I DON’T KNOW, I CAN USE MY PERSONAL EMAIL WHICH I DON’T LIKE TO DO, THE DOCTOR IS GOING ON A TRIP SO HE WON’T BRING WORK HOME.” I AM SPEECHLESS, PISSED OFF AND IN TOTAL DISBELIEF. TOTAL DISREGARD FOR AN ANIMAL.

Wonderful vet clinic. Took one of my cats there for simple check up and shots. The staff are great people to be around and worked very well with Otto. Also was a reasonable price for both the check up and shots. Cat made it back alive, picture as proof

Dr Murphy is the best! Practical and functional medicine. Focused on quality of life and kindness, but isn't afraid to tell the hard truths. It's a tricky business to care for fur babies who can't tell us what ails them, Dr Murphy just knows. Can't replace his decades of experience ❤️. Also the British gal up front is so wonderful!
