DO NOT GO recently my family had a very horrible experience to there 8 week old puppy where there cat scratched her eyelid (accidents happen) and she was profusely bleeding from her eye My cousin( who was in a complete panic cause the puppy could’ve lost her eye) rushed the her to this exact animal vet that they have been to many times before they denied her service they said they had no appointments and they told her to go to a different vet and she did and they fixed her right up RIGHT AWAY how completely disgusting as someone coming from someone who had witnessed a traumatic dog fight between two powerful dogs,it’s absolutely sick how they handled it they could even give an ounce of comfort to my family let alone even caring about a 4 lb puppy

Stay far away from this place. We had just brought our new 8 wk old puppy there for a routine well visit 2 days earlier to establish care. Then, when my cat scratched her eye and she was bleeding badly, my teenage daughter - panicked and hysterically crying rushed her there for help. They actually turned her away!!! I was on the phone with her trying to calm her down and heard the woman there say there was nothing they could do today that there were no spots available. I was shocked. If this is how they handle an animal in distress, they shouldn’t be in business. Disgraceful!!!! We went right to Trumbull animal hospital and they took her right in gave her eye drops and sent her home with a cone.
