ENG🗣️ This veterinarian only wants your money, they have done a test to see why my dog urinated blood, we already knew that they were not an infection because I was taking antibiotics for that. They do a urine test (unnecessary) I paid $121 (unnecessary) and when the results come out, they call me to tell me that he has no infection and that there was blood in the urine.... "SERILY, I ALREADY KNOW THAT" and Dr. Finneson very rude and in a very sharp tone and without patience did not give a broader reason about possible diagnoses or solutions she said you have to do X-ray or MRI. Please we are in 2026 where everything can be told to me on the internet and you can't give a reason or any PROFESSIONAL opinion. Where is the proper attention to one as a customer and the importance for an animal. Now I'm removing my 2 pets from this place! 🗣️🗣️ESP 🗣️🗣️ Esta veterinaria solo quiere tu dinero, me han hecho un examen para ver porque mi perro orinaba sangre, ya sabíamos que no eran infección porque estaba tomando antibiótico para eso. Le hacen examen de orina (innecesario) pague $121 (innecesario) y cuando los resultados salen, me llaman a decirme que no tiene infección y que había sangre en la orina…. “ENSERIO, ESO YA LO SÉ” y la Dra. Finneson muy mal educada y en tono muy cortante y sin paciencia no daba una razón más amplia sobre posibles diagnósticos o soluciones decía hay que hacer radiografió o MRI. Por favor estamos en el 2026 donde todo me lo puede decir internet y usted no puede dar una razón o algún dictamen PROFESIONAL. Dónde está quedando la atención adecuada a uno cómo cliente y la importancia por un animal. Ahora retiro mis 2 mascotas de este lugar !

Melissa Defabrizio was the doctor my Abby (chihuahua mix) and I saw. She was extremely nice and thoroughly examined Abby. When she finished her exam she took the time to get down on the floor with my dog to give her a treat and pet her. I found this very refreshing as most vets and doctors are usually in such a hurry they barely get to know their patients.
