My fiance took our sickly leopard gecko here about six months ago to see Dr. Plante and she was amazing with him. Unfortunately, our little guy passed but they did everything they could to help us help him. Rest in peace, Worm. ❤️ After that great experience, we took our three kitties to get vaccinated and assessed for spays, and it was just an all over great experience. Even before we got there, Alexis was so informative and thorough on the phone. She is so friendly. Great person to have up front. When we got there today, they were so inviting and sweet to our cats. Lauren, our vet tech, was so personable and knowledgeable once we were in the exam room. She handled my cat's fear and anxieties so well. Dr. Plante was equally as amazing when she came in to check them out. They answered every question we had and gave us great advice on feeding them when one is bullying the others. I was impressed by them choosing not to prep one of our cats today because she was too anxious. They prescribed her some gabapentin for her next visit so she can have less of a traumatic experience. That just felt like a very caring decision and made me feel confident that they will take the best care of our girls when they go for their spays in the next few weeks. I would recommend this place based off of just these two visits. I'm very grateful to the staff here for being so willing to work with us and figure out a good schedule. This place is amazing. My pup is a very anxious but loving girly. Shes also dog reactive and hates getting her nails trimmed. Every person start to finish made it safe and comfortable for her- truly the best experience we’ve had at the vet! Also Blake is a savior for nail trims. She was able to help my girl feel safe and we got it done in a very non restrictive way. We even had a lil celebration after we finished. Would absolutely recommend this place

I took my kitten here this week for some concerns I had about her behavior and I had an amazing experience. Front desk staff is nice to work with, Lindsay was so nice and welcoming, and Dr. Planthe listened to all of my concerns and made me feel reassured. I did not feel pushed to do anything and I felt like the cost was reasonable for what was being done. I would highly recommend this vet to others in the area!
