These are wonderful veterinarians and staff. They are so caring and convey deep empathy for their animals and the humans that belong to those animals. They certainly know their field and their fees are more reasonable than in other offices. Dr. Biancamano, our dog’s doc, is an amazing “whisperer” and healer. We’re so grateful to be in her practice.

Recently added a 2 year old cat to our family. Needed to get neutered. This vet had done a fantastic job explaining everything from pre-surgery to post aftercare. Our cat has been doing great, very healthy and playful

Really easy to get there, plenty of parking, man at the front desk was very nice, kind, and patient even with a rush of people. The doctors were very informative, told me information in a way I could easily understand, and really put me at ease. I am 100% trusting of Double A and I dont think there's another place in CT I'd rather bring my cat and dog! Thanks again for helping Gimli!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff are great, wish I could say the same about the doctors. Money hungry business, don’t be fooled by the positive reviews like I was. My cat was given an unnecessary and dangerous surgery, saying they believed there was a foreign object in her stomach. After the surgery they reported nothing was found and when asked why they told me she NEEDED surgery, they switched and said that they “recommended” surgery. The doctor would not take my call, and passive aggressively addressed my email, essentially stating that I inconvenienced them! Don’t go here for emergencies!!! Stick to Bolton Veterinary Hospital. Not to mention, the money they drained from me when I sought out treatment for my cat’s eye- took weeks and over $1,000 down the drain for her eye to get worse- they stated that the eye may have to be removed surgically. Bolton Vet saw her ONE time, prescribed her an ointment and her eye began to clear up in less than a week. I especially recommend finding another vet if you are a first time pet owner. Taking advantage is just the tip of the iceberg.
