I adopted 2 dogs 5 years ago. Both dogs were cleared of heartworm, but I was told a year later that my dog Biggie tested positive for heartworm at Montowese veterinary so they treated him and he was ok thousands of dollars later. My other dog tested negative. I purchased heartworm medication from montowese vet for a year after my dog tested positive . My 2 dogs went back for their yearly visit. This time my dog who was negative who didn’t have heartworm tested positive over a year later while giving them heartworm medication I purchased through montowese vet.They explained that it must be a default or defect from the heartworm medication. They assured me that it would be covered by the heartworm medication company but yet I have gotten a bill from them for over $400. Today I went on credit karma and noticed my credit score went down. They actually sent it to collections. The whole situation was really odd. 2 dogs tested negative! A year later 1 dog is positive after giving them heartworm meds for a year. The dog that had heartworm was cleared. Next year my other dog tested positive after giving them the heartworm medication. I was told that I wouldn’t have to pay for my second dog. Then received a bill shortly after for over 400 dollars. Then send it to collections! Absolutely ridiculous! I think it is a scam. I changed vets and both my dogs are happy and healthy.

Dr. Jay is truly one of a kind. She is incredibly caring, personable, and takes the time to make both pets and owners feel completely comfortable. Every visit feels thoughtful and never rushed. She is, without a doubt, the best vet I’ve ever been to, and at this point the only vet I trust to care for my fur babies. I’m so grateful we found her!

We've had only good experiences here and their prices are more fair than other vets in the area. But the reason I'm writing a review is how they treated us and our beloved dog when it was time to put him down recently (obviously a very painful decision). The staff and clinicians helped make it the best possible experience in the worst of circumstances. We so appreciate their kindness, gentleness, and professionalism.

Snapple had a surgery to remove a growth, and bandage changes while it healed. She actually looked forward to going to this vet. Happy to leave when it was over, of course, but they treat your pet with care and respect. Highly recommend.
